My little brother got into outer space and stuff so my step-mom bought him a place mat with all the planets on it. When I first saw it, I was upset, because it was newer and so Pluto wasn’t labeled. I was about to say something when I noticed something…
Pluto is there.
The artist remembered Pluto.
Guys…
The artist drew Pluto crying.
I will never forgive science for what they did to Pluto.

I guess I can’t run for public office.
how… how is this remotely constitutional
How is that even legal?!
and Article VI Paragraph 3 of the US Constitution says that such clauses are unconstitutional and will not be upheld.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.
Is it a problem that such language still exist in several state constitutions? Yes most definitely! But trust that shit is illegal and cannot be upheld. Cases about the language in state constitutions have been brought before the Supreme Court and religious tests have been determined to be unconstitutional.
